Lemon surprise pudding

We had friends for lunch, tapas style starters, lamb cooked with sherry and peppers, patatas bravas and green beans followed by lemon surprise pudding. Thankfully all went well and food met with approval. A happy bonus is that we now have a tidy house and kitchen.
