A Juvenile Moorhen .

but very much on it's own and since these birds don't fly distances rather strange . Hundreds  of coots , ducks and quite a few swans  but one lone Moorhen .I think it's a juvenile of the Common Moorhen family but welcome any correction . It amused itself jumping in and out of a boat ..This I've filmed . Had hoped to participate in FF .OK I've a vase of daffodils ( who hasn't) However, spotted one of my giant allium peeping through Blipped, but with a zero rated background in gardening have decided not to count my alliums before they are a lot taller...
