Man Flu

Yes ladies it does exist. Awoke this morning feeling like I'd been run over by the road roller working outside, and my nose running faster than Mo Farah. So no photography today, in fact all I've done today is sleep. So todays post is of a couple of paracetamol shortly before taking them, even that was a bit of a chore.
