Signs of Life

In this apparently unoccupied island in the bay there's a tiny red spot.  Greatly enlarging that area I found that it was an antenna array and a couple of buildings clustered around it.  The red is caused by two sail-like structures that may have had no other purpose than to help in locating the spot for repairs.
