We went out with our friends in glorious conditions.

Unfortunately Jane and I are still feeling under the weather following our virus infection.  After lunch we were totally knackered and both had some falls as we were so tired.  

It had started to cloud over so we therefore decided to go back earlier.   This virus is a pain and has been going on for over a week
