Castle Cheese

That big bright orb's coming up later and later these days. At least it is coming up I suppose.

After a 'will they/won't they' spat between ITV and Scottish Television in which Rod Stewart's schmaltzy Christmas Special recorded up at Stirling Castle wasn't going to be shown in Scotland until after Christmas, someone caved (or realised it was a croc of shit*) and we were treated (punished?) to the extravaganza a day earlier than the rest of the UK.

I'm sure I caught a whiff of the lingering festive fromagé wafting down from the ramparts there this morning. Either that, or I need to bung my cycling gear in the washing machine for a bit of a freshen up.

*except the Kylie bit.
