Hawk,

I made a drive to Ridgefield a nearby town to check on a friend who hadn't answered her phone lately.  I was frightened of what I might find, she doesn't have anyone to check on her and lives in a remote setting.  Turns out she was okay.  So on the way home I pulled into the Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge.  Drove the loop and saw so many hawks today.  Several bald eagles, egrets, and great blue heron.  This hawk was eating when I first spotted it, but flew off when it's meal was complete.
