What can I say?

Only the Goth would go to a spin class in a faux fur coat. 

No, but seriously folks... our next door neighbours in the office have a human energy business and we were invited round for their open evening today. That bike powers the smoothie maker on the table. 

We got an insight into how much (usable) human energy is left unharnessed in gyms.

The rest of the day was more routine. Well it should have been. Anyway, that's another story.
