We were at the seaside today.......

.......well, we were in Minehead. Sometimes I think it's better than our County town which was recently compared to Aleppo by one of the local MPs! He should be ashamed of himself.

Anyway I attended my last session of the Back Group at the hospital & R did whatever he does after dropping me off! The BG (excellent 'leader' R) has given me food for thought & now I must try to continue doing the exercises to strengthen muscles.
