Tonight my group worked with Todd and his group, a really good chance to put them through their paces. I have a group of never give up competitive spirited Athletes who really worked hard tonight. Debbie was Flying in the last 200m tonight. Tonight was a Ladder session  200m hard 200m easy, 400 hard 200 easy 600 hard 400 easy 800 hard 200 easy 200 Hard,  rest 200 hard 200 easy 400 hard 200 easy 600 hard 400 easy, 800 hard 200 easy final handicapped 200m
