Miles and Miles

Joe walks miles everyday.  Its one way he keeps warm as the temperature drops.  The knit hat helps, too.  "I'm pretty good at night with all the layers of clothes I have, but it's hard to keep my feet warm," Joe told me, as we both looked down at his feet.  "Do you need some new socks?" I asked.  Joe sheepishly said that warm socks would be a good thing.  I'll be meeting Joe in the morning on my way into work.  Kodiak wool thermal socks, Joe - special delivery.  Hope you like the color.

P.S. the title of my blip today is in honor of my friend Miles, who died from cancer yesterday. Far too young. Rest.
