Life and Death

Our youngest is home here with us in Mourão, and the tulips Mike gave me still good. Lovely to get back in daylight. Settled in and went off to do the Bible study, beginning at 21:15... everyone subdued, as a 21yr old lad had taken his own life today.

This morning the girls went off for more sightseeing in Lisbon on their own, and we got on with jobs, then met them at the airport with Natalie's case; she's now safely back in Manchester and us here.

Gratefuls:
- safe traveling, I never take it for granted
- having Julia here again
- Mike's brother and wife having their first grandchild, little girl, born 17:30 today, she's beautiful
