Jewellery

I still haven't put my jewellery all back in the right places yet - stuff I had in Cairo before Christmas, stuff taken to Río and the bits and bobs I took to Madrid at the weekend....tomorrow is the day, together with tons of other stuff!

The beautiful bowl was a present from my NZ friend Colleen, bought when she was with us in Brasil - Paraty perhaps - and it sits on the coffee table in our bedroom. It's usually home to Bb's loose change from his pockets. The table has a lower shelf, where we keep books. I sometimes think of giving the table away, but then we'd need somewhere to put the books! We didn't even want the coffee table in the first place - it's a smaller mirror image of the one in our patio room and they came as a pair, which we didn't realise till we went to pay for it and were told we had to take them both - this is years ago now of course and it's still here!
