Alder

Got lots of small jobs done today in preparation for a few days away (with no internet access).
On my way home in the afternoon I stopped of at the ponds to get some pics of the alder catkins - I didn't have my camera yesterday. Several I'm happy with but, although there are some of clumps I chose this one with the cones as well.
A bit slippy on our run as the temp dropped and frosted the pavements but all seemed to enjoy it and the 2 new to running with torches seemed to, as well.
