New pizza-restaurant in Akureyri

My friends Heiðdís and Einar already own three restaurants here in Akureyri and next week they will open their fourth, Pizzasmiðjan, where you can get delicious fire baked sourdough pizzas.  Tonight we were invited to a pre-opening and enjoyed tasting many  different types of toppings.
My favourite was pulled bbq-lamb with goat cheese, pinenuts, honey and other delicacies.  Perfect with a glass of red wine and good company!
