Snow!

When I was a kid, I used to wake up every winter morning and look to see if the red brick windowsill had turned to white. I loved snow then and still do.

Portland got some snow last night and I made sure to grab a shot of it before I went in for my acu-nap. When I emerged, the sun had gone and so, mostly, had the snow! But we may get some more by the end of the week.

Or we may get the dreaded "frozen mix," which slathers our streets with treacherous ice. 

I've said it before and I'll say it again:
Whether it's cold or whether it's hot
We shall have weather, whether or not.
