SUNRISE......

.... across the valley seemed like a good idea when "a little birdie" told me the other day we were coming up for a "new" level on Blip!

Wow, where has that time gone, whilst trying to do a Blip each day, from day one it was certainly the idea, but some days "life" just seemed to get in the way.

It now of course is part of ones life and from the start it was really to register my day to day fun with the camera, learning as we go, and sort of like a diary.

Then of course you get to "chat" with others all over the World, and in fact have had the privilege of meeting many of you wonderful people face to face. And of course the local Blackheath Blipper fraternity is just like one BIG family, and I enjoy travelling an hour to join in as much group activity as possible.

Then of course there was that "little rumble" with Blip along the way, and so much thanks should go to the group who put the Blip train back on track again.... we owe so much to you guys, thank you.

Blips I recall in an instant are many, but three stand out for me all for different reasons ...

For those of you who follow my fun know the birdie shots are number one, and my pride and joy will always be the Azure Kingfisher back in Feb 2014.
Then there was the storm chasing lightening shot late 2013 , and of course on of my most enjoyed shots on the mighty Nepean River ...the shortest day sunrise in June 2013.

We are hoping to maybe meet a few more Blippers in Europe and UK in April/May as we head off to spend time with the "girls" Alice and Hayley (our wonderful grand kids) who are living presently in Germany for awhile, we do miss them so much.

Anyway, again thank you all for popping by my pics and it has been real fun enjoying life on Blip.

Bring on the next load of fun.....

Enjoy and have a look in LARGE, and if you wish check out a couple more starting here on Flickr
... speaking of fun just noticed Wide Wednesday theme "tradition"... okay maybe the daily Blip qualifies with this shot.....
