Pork Pho

My husband and I both have a cold. I didn’t feel up to cooking, and he didn’t feel up to existing outside to condo. So, tonight was delivery pho. We meant to have chicken (what else does one have with a cold but chicken soup?), but I accidentally ordered pork. Still, it was quite good.
