Little Spiky Seedheads With Their Frosty Hats

A frosty start this morning as I headed out to work and I couldn’t resist these little spiky seedheads with their frosty hats.

Frustratingly, for some unknown reason, one of the roads just past the next village is shut and it has meant a substantial detour for me to and from work, making my hour’s commute nearer to an hour and a quarter...It’s not much but I do find that extra journey time tiring and so I was really pleased when Sushi offered to make our dinner this evening.
