Elderberry Tincture

I stayed inside today and swapped today's gardening for tomorrow's Herb Day.

I am studying herbalism and am growing medicinal plants but am not making much progress. There are various reasons, the main reason being Brexit. I have to earn a living as a gardener after redundancy in 2014 and this leaves me with little time, energy or funds to do much else. So, after a total washout year last year, I have decided Wednesdays are herb days, where I work on my own garden, harvest, make medicine, consult with patients and advance my studies.

Elderberry is a great antiviral. A swig before bed when you feel a cold coming on and you are as right as rain in the morning.
