Watch out for the curve

Tonight, we will see if his Orangeness throws Nancy Pelosi a curve in his State of The Union address. He certainly won’t mention that his former campaign chairman, deputy campaign manager, former national security adviser, personal lawyer and a campaign foreign policy adviser have all been accused of lying to investigators exploring Russia activity.
 
Will he be presidential? Keep in mind this is the bassinet millionaire, who was consistently bailed out of bad bets, dodged gift taxes, milked his empire for cash and cultivated a deceptive image of business brilliance.  
 
We should give him a break. Beneath that Big Bird saffron plumage and Rothko orange skin is a patriot who suffers from painful bone spurs.
