India - the first leg.

The first leg of the journey passed with little incident thankfully and we did manage to clear customs, pick up bags and get to the new departure point - why are the places always about a mile from where one is standing when the gate number comes up??? - and on the plane safely for the second leg.  We had wonderful blue skies to start with and then the bottom view is from our bedroom across the lake as the sun was setting. 
We have enjoyed. lovely meal, some gin / beer and are now getting ready for a welcome bed.
