The Big Duck With The Little Quack

There is a relatively small raft of black ducks swiming around in Sahuarita Lake. They are very quiet.

They are nice enough, I guess, but I miss thepretty white ones from last Spring and earlier. I don't know if the city stocks the lake with the ducks, like they do the fish. Then removes them when the weather turns cold and very hot, since I only can find them during Spring and and this time of year.

Maybe the black ones are less expensive. I wish they'd spring for the extra bucks for the white ones. They were much more fun!
