A feast.

We had not planned to go anywhere this evening on account of us being out late last night, but when the Dinner Dance was cancelled we decided to attend the Cheese and Wine evening arranged by a local Young Farmers Club.

As always the feast the provided was amazing going quite a lot beyond a Cheese and Wine evening! And all this plus a pudding for £10 a head! We were also treated to a performance of their Entertainments entry too , which was darn good. A most enjoyable evening!

The snow is rapidly vanishing now thank goodness but the Mendip Hills are far from free . They are still shrouded in white. Tomorrow we head for Hook so we are hoping the roads will all be clear.
