Cooling off

Another 30 degree day here today.

Worked this morning, head feels better, I’ve been drinking so much water.
Home for a few hours this afternoon so took dogs for a walk and swim along the river.
Dropped Ella at the gym and then picked her up again.
Came home for a sit down.
Prepared dinner for Ella,, Dave’s doing his own.
Heading back out to work soon and should be home soon after 9pm.
