Portobello Promenade

I love the tidal range here. At low tide my morning run is almost half a mile longer as I always run on the surf line.

It was much milder today and a sunny one too.

Work at home in the morning. A voluntary talk to a primary school in the west of the city in the afternoon and further voluntary work with prisoners in the evening.
