What a difference a day makes.

Compared to some of the weather we have been having it was a pleasant day.  Temperatures edging up above 5 towards double figures, no rain and not a lot of wind.  Just right for a bit of a walk, after my dental check up that is.

So in the afternoon we decided on a gentle wander to Tewet Tarn, which nicely looks towards my favourite mountain.  Yesterday In to the hills blipped Blencathra from a different angle and the countryside covered in snow.  Quite a change.

We didn't meet anybody and even the sheep were friendlier than usual.  I think they assumed were were carrying some sort of sheep food.  They were wrong!  A relaxing coffee at Cocklakes Farm shop rounded the afternoon off nicely.
