Monday

A day off; to complete a long weekend. 

Didn't do much, pottered around the flat, then went to Cafe Nero for lunch. Stopped at the shore for a wander. I saw these posts and it occurred to me that that is what my head feels like. I can't stop thinking and trying to remember. It's going round my head, I can't think of anything else, don't know how to get past it.  

No PT session tonight, so a few drinks to end the holiday feel!
