Mono Monday - Tension

A busy day! with seeing S & P on their way, before heading to Body Balance class. I kept wracking my brains as to what I could do for today. So after lunch I headed over to Bideford. I went to Atlantic Village, oops sorry, now called Affinity Devon, and bought a new pair of trainers, before heading to Bideford to see if I could come up with my idea of tension for today's blip.
