Ive had worse Monday’s

Today we had a trip booked to James Bond Island where they filmed the man with the golden gun included in the trip were a few other islands as well so it was a fun filled day.

First stop was in the ice cream caves we walked through the caves which in a high tide are full of water luckily it was a low tide when we arrived. After that it was back on the speed boat to our next stop Hong island where we went on a canoe through the caves it was fun apart from where you had to lie down because the cave was so low. We then went on to James Bond Island which is basically a rock in the sea, on the island they had a few little market stalls so some fridge magnets were purchased. After this we then went for lunch to Panyee Island which is a floating village, this was my favourite as I couldn’t believe people lived on water all the time there was even a school and a floating football pitch. The locals who live there make a living from tourists visiting and buying souvenirs, we even had a look around some of the houses where they live, some have unfortunately been ruined by high tides. After this we went to our last stop Naka Noi Island which is literally a desert island, they have a bar some sun beds and jet skis but nothing else on the island, so we grabbed a drink from the bar and I decided to go for a paddle in the sea leaving Paul to drink his Chang, when I came back I found a monkey had joined him the owner of the bar gave him a coconut to eat but he was more interested in our phones and kept trying to grab them, funny little thing if you got too close he would show you his teeth! It was a fab day but I’m exhausted now so we’ve been for dinner and a couple of drinks, think I’ll sleep well tonight!
