Egret offshore at low tide

This is at the beach park on the far right at Maunalua Bay.   Practiced tai chi in the park this morning with a small group.  It's the first time in a very different setting for me; I shall continue my practice  . . .    The blob to the left of the line of uprights above the wave is someone on the reef.
