Sunday Sun

Took time out this afternoon to enjoy the Sunday sunshine. Sat in the old tea rooms reading the paper with the sun pouring in the windows. I took a gentle walk around the village past this lovely old building which seemed to be smiling at me.

Got chatting with a lovely lady called Joan in the churchyard as her Yorkie dog admired my red boots. His name is Zachariah and he’s a rescue dog.

The rest of the evening was taken up with chores and my head stuck in the laptop planning for both the Heritage Watch Conference and this week’s filming reinstatement. I did manage to watch Call the Midwife and spotted several scenes filmed at the Dockyard back in the summer.

Hoping the roads aren’t too icy tomorrow.
