Sick tonsils

I sent this to Lewis as he has a really nasty threat infection. He went to work but then ended up at the out of hours GP when his throat was so swollen he couldn't swallow. I had a look before he left and could see white spots, when he came back home it was even more swollen, it looked terrible. 10 day course of penicillin and a nice spray should do the trick.
