Da Thaw Has Started

More snow over night and this morning.  Cleared into a sunny morning.  Clouded over in the afternoon, some rain and cold, but slightly above freezing. 

Up early, and headed out walkies with Sammy after breakfast.  Popped along big Brian and Madeline's for a cuppa.  Been down to see bro Jonny and family this afternoon.  Short staffed st the pub, so I'm having an extra shift tonight.

I hadn't been down to see Jonny for a while, with fire festivals extra in the way.  Great to see the bairns too, and they all had plenty of news.  No fear of travelling in the snow today, the worst of it has started to thaw.  There still is plenty in places, most on the hills.  Taken at Bigton, at the Ireland junction.
