A splash of colour

It was a beautifully bright and fresh morning.  I had an early morning visit with Bruce and then set off across the fields with my camera.  I was surprised to see a few people fishing; it really was rather cold.

As the sun rose higher in the sky, the ice began to thaw.  I enjoyed the colours, patterns and texture of the frozen water I passed.

Walk completed, I set about some household chores, visited my parents, washed my car (I know that is a complete waste of time), did some shopping and walked Roo.

The dinner is now in the oven and I am intending to complete a module of an online course I'm completing  and check out a few other sites for an hour.
