2019 Saturday — Ashly & Robert

Just before Ash & Robert left today we remembered to capture a photo of the four of us. They arrived Thursday evening. We’ve had a good time. They’ve got a SuperBowl party tomorrow afternoon with friends, so it was time for them to get back home.

It is now late Saturday night and it is pouring rain. It poured rain the past two nights. California needs the rain but not all at once.

We understand (because some Arizona friends texted us) that the city of Santa Barbara is having some road issues. They were hit hard a year ago with flooding.

This has been a good first Saturday of February. We are still waiting to hear that our other granddaughter, Desiree, had a baby today. So far, She is in labor, but no delivery.
