pygmy nuthatch

It took a while for the birds to discover that we are back home and that their feeder is full. Now they are eating double time!
The house finches like to sit on the feeder and nosh all day. The pygmy nuthatches swoop in for a seed, then take it to the old peach tree to crack it open.
