In a twirl

What a day, yesterday I had some unexpected pain in my lower back, it gradually got worse overnight and this morning it was getting even more painful. Had to go to the emergency doctors post after phoning in, the dr there decided it had to be a kidney stone. I've never had that before ! Lying down and sitting was agony, walking or at least standing was the best thing to do. I've had muscle relaxants/painkillers and it's a bit better now.

I did have three photo assignments today which I managed to do (mainly with the iphone) and this last one of the 12 pics every hour on one day seems to depict best how I felt most of the day.
