Fingers Crossed

Today is the first day for over a week when I can say I feel noticeably better now (7pm) then when I got up this morning.  I hope it continues.
I have been sucking on these little demons during the day. For anyone not familiar with 'Fisherman's Friends', they are a brown lozenge made of a tongue-numbing blend of liquorice, menthol and eucalyptus oil. At seven times the strength of your average menthol chew, they are not to every taste - but boy do they do the business....
