The Flashing Blade

I've never been a fan of those fancy five blade overpriced razors.
The first blade shaves you, the second blade shaves you closer, the third blade is a marketing gimmick, the fourth blade is useless and the fifth blade is for the shareholders.

I generally use cheap disposables, but I'm getting more and more concerned about their environmental impact.

So... I'm now going to try the traditional safety razor. You can get 100 blades for £9.99.

With much trepidation I used it this morning for the first time. I managed a successful shave with no nicks or cuts and the closest shave I have had for  years.
