Walking to work

The snow started settling late last night. It was quite deep this morning.
Walked into work through almost empty streets as the schools were closed.
Arrived at work really hot. All lectures were cancelled but services, including the library, were open.
The snow kept going in fits and starts all day. Snowmen began to appear in campus.
Walked home a bit early and meet S half way. We chatted on the way back and tried to stay upright on the slippery pavements.
