Had an early start in order to travel to London for a meeting. It was an interesting day but my mind was always alert to the fact that I'd been asked to do the summing up of the day. I took notes during the day and spent the last tea break putting together more detailed thoughts. I think it went ok though my Fitbit did track my elevated hear rate!
