Speedy!

A morning of Sporthall athletics for C over in Halifax, she had a bit of a wobble about it when we arrived but once her class mate turned up she was fine, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. I only had my phone for pictures but considering it's a tad slow, it's not bad for a panning shot.

Of course whilst C was running, jumping, throwing and bouncing, I spent all morning sat on a cold hard bench gradually working my way through the hot drinks and food we'd taking. It was too cold and windy when we got home to want to be out so I headed to the pool and swam a mile, 56 seconds slower than my target 30mins...
