tiny rosebud

I don't think this tiny rosebud will open - it's been in this state since last November.

We had to take Ziggy back to the vet this afternoon to have his wound looked at. He didn't have stitches, he had some funny little plastic things, 4 at the front and 4 at the back of his ear. He doesn't take kindly to visiting the vet and there was no way he was going to let her look at his ear. After a certain amount of disruption and struggle, and the little tray of biscuit treats being kicked all over the floor (again) it was decided that he would have to be sedated, so he's booked in for next Wednesday morning, and we stay with him. He's so calm at home too...
