Sutton bridge

I went out to Sutton Bridge today to be introduced to a new client.  The swing bridge is the gateway to Lincolnshire on the Norfolk border.  It is a port and a lock gives access to navigation on the River Nene. It was around here that King John lost the crown jewels while they were in transit.  They have never been found but maybe one day someone will be lucky!
