Japan meets Norway

I have a friend in Japan, her name is Fumiko. We have been pen pals since we were in our teens.. a LONG time ago. She sends a fancy card at Christmas. This sets in a little crown I found at a thrift shop that reminds me of a Norwegian proverb; "Speak to the Queen and the Queen will answer."
