Bubble...

Inspired by Technophobe's excellent frozen bubble blip on Wednesday, I had a go myself yesterday - but I wasn't content with the result so I blipped an Abstract Thursday ICM shot instead.

It had snowed a little overnight so I had another go this morning - but it wasn't cold enough for the bubble to freeze over. However I liked the swirls of multiple colours produced by interference patterns in the wall of the bubble so I've blipped that instead. I'm intrigued by the way the bubble has stretched across to the right of the photo where it's stuck to a blade of grass - it's amazing that it didn't burst.
