Santa

We had a quiet morning at home today after having a long lie until 9am. Bliss!

We collected Kerr from my sister's after lunch. He really enjoyed his sleepover and slept all night and behaved impeccably, thank goodness.

Santa's Winter Wonderland at Goulding's Garden Centre was our afternoon treat. Kerr thoroughly enjoyed it. We were taken by tractor and trailer past some real donkeys and reindeer to the entrance to the Wonderland. Lots of lovely displays of snowmen, penguins, nativity scene and toy workshops helped pass the time in the queue for Santa.

Kerr happily told Santa what he would like for Christmas, then chose a digger and dump truck toy from the selection on offer.

There were then several rides, bouncy castles and slides for the wee ones to go on while the adults enjoyed tea and mince pies.

A great afternoon out.
