Soft Mist and Haw frost
In the garden yesterday morning: fieldfares (in extra), a redwing, male siskin, male brambling, lots of goldfinches, a few chaffinches, blackbirds, starlings and blue tits. The occasional great-tit and I think a coal-tit at the front (these seem to have disappeared recently) and a few house sparrows.
It was very cold all day, but no snow for us. I meanwhile was re-vamping my talk on Iceland for Positive Image club so that it will last about half an hour. I’m last on and I couldn’t see people coping with a second travelogue in one night (which is what I did for Penistone). I’ve chosen to show more about what I’ve done with my Iceland images since I’ve been home.
