Don't Wee On Me

My Dear Princess & Dear Fellows,

I feel very tired today. But it's not like physical tiredness, it's more like I pulled a brain muscle or something. I was doing a lot of thinking today, and spent 5 hours in meetings, listening to myself doing a lot of the yakkity yak yak.

On days like this, you really need tv shows that allow you to put your brain in neutral. Stupidly, I decided to watch "The Ballad of Buster Scruggs" which was not it*.

However, this has now been remedied with "Drunk History" and "Married At First Sight Australia". That last programme is like letting your brain float in an isolation tank.

"Oh my gaaaaaawd, she's got fingers for toes!" said Caro at one point. Her skin was almost visibly crawling. This was about one of the bonkers instant brides on the show. It triggered Caro's foot-phobia. "I couldn't marry a man if he had fingers for toes," she went on. "Reaching for me... clutching at me... holding my hand with his foot. Eeeeuuuugghhhuuuh."

So you see what I mean? My brain is becoming more flaccid as I speak.

Update: The same bride just had to wee in a bowl because she couldn't get out of her dress. "Don't wee on me! Don't WEE ON MEEEE!!" we could hear her very tolerant bridesmaid shriek. "Don't overflow! Stop! Stop NOW!" and so forth.

So perhaps tomorrow I will have more to say for myself. Today all I have for you is this picture of Punky, willing you to love him.

LOVE HIM!

You know you can't resist.

* I liked the first segment. Especially the Surly Joe song. But honestly I wish I'd stopped at the end of that one.
